That moment didn’t just change my performance; it changed my life. It sparked a realization that has driven my entire career: when you truly see someone, you unlock their potential.
Today, as an HR executive and strategist, I’ve seen how that same principle—The Ripple Effect—transforms organizations. But I also saw a problem: scaling that level of human insight is impossible without the right tools.
That’s why I wrote Building a Coaching Culture and founded RippleIQ.
I wanted to bridge the gap between human intuition and scalable intelligence. Whether through my writing, my stage keynotes, or my software, my mission is the same: to help leaders stop managing tasks and start elevating people.
